Learn methods to define a problem versus dealing with its symptoms, and concepts to differentiate symptoms from their roots. Also learn how to analyze the importance and the desired benefit of solving the problem; and how to determine the support and resources needed to resolve the problem, to create an action plan and finally, to measure success.
